Recommended Use
L-Glutamine Vegan Amino Acid helps to support the immune and digestive systems after periods of physical stress. It also helps to restore plasma glutamine levels and assist in muscle cell repair after exercise.
Directions
Adults - Take one (1) scoop per day or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Mix product well in one (1) to two (2) cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption.
