Directions:
Adults: Take 1 tablet daily with food, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications.
Storage:
Keep at room temperature in a dry place and protect from high temperature, moisture and light.
CONTRA INDICATIONS: Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Compositae/Daisy family.
CAUTIONS: Do not use if security feature is broken or missing. There is enough iron in this package to seriously harm a child. Keep out of reach of children. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood thinners. If you have a liver disorder, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Folate supplementation can mask a vitamin B12 deficiency.
